  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
  • Ensure our data architecture supports long-term growth and high-integrity reporting.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system evaluations and implementations.
  • Gather requirements, manage project timelines, and lead technical configurations for new tools.
  • Own the connections and integrations between our systems, building and monitoring integrations to eliminate manual data entry.
  • Define the roadmap for how we collect, store, and use people data.
  • Determine key metrics and ensure data is structured, audit-ready, and compliant.
  • Serve as the strategic lead for people analytics, collaborating to develop data modeling, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Design executive-ready dashboards and narratives to support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks in operational processes and design automated, scalable solutions.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their system needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure our team knows how to use supported systems and tools through documentation and training.
  • Manage relationships with third-party systems vendors and consultants, holding them accountable for performance and managing renewals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR Operations or Analytics experience.
  • At least 4+ years focused on People Systems and/or Data Strategy.
  • Experience thriving in a high-growth startup environment and/or a complex organization where processes had to be built or significantly rebuilt to support scale.
  • Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and improving integrations (API, EDI, or flat-file).
  • Proven ability to think through data architecture and structure data for long-term forecasting and analytics.
  • Ability to translate messy business problems into cohesive technical solutions.
  • Experience establishing data-validation rules and maintaining audit-ready systems.
  • Clear, down-to-earth communication skills, able to explain complex system logic to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in the 'gray' and executing manual processes while designing automated solutions.
  • Experience holding external vendors and partners accountable, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Comfort navigating multiple SaaS platforms simultaneously.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work smarter.
  • Key role in (or led) the end-to-end implementation of a major enterprise-level HRIS or ERP.
