About the Role
The Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational program designed to develop future capital markets professionals through structured, hands-on exposure to live transactions and client relationships across various sectors including Office Investments, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Debt Advisory.
Responsibilities
- Participate in three, eight-month rotations across different capital markets sectors.
- Gain structured, hands-on exposure to live transactions.
- Develop client relationships.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (completed/final year) in property, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for professional analysis and presentation.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
- Available to start as a permanent, full-time employee in February 2027.
