About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compliant service to Investment Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage general client relationships and enquiries, acting as a key contact for Investment Managers and service providers.
- Coordinate client operational meetings, service provider meetings and relevant activity across Responsible Entity Services pods.
- Conduct ongoing fee reviews and support the management of TIA agreements.
- Manage platform agreements, loan documents, application documents and related agreements to support client and fund requirements.
- Support listed investment requirements, including fund fact sheets and listed obligations.
- Consider income streaming requirements and coordinate relevant documentation and stakeholder input.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of periodic and exit statements in line with client, fund and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Have worked in financial services for at least 3 years
- Ideally 2+ years in an outsourced Responsible Entity model
- Strong knowledge of the managed funds industry and operational experience (custody, administration, registry, audit, investment operations) relating to managed investment schemes is highly regarded.
- Strong relationship management skills.

- $99,000 - $133,000 AUD
