About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations. With responsibility for our checkouts and customer service desk, you’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for our team and customers
- Drive a one team culture which puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
- Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers to ensure we’re always provide an outstanding shopping experience
