About the Role

Klir Connect is a new business line within Klir, focused on building a platform for testers and haulers to manage reports and payments. This role involves defining the product strategy, roadmap, and user experience from the ground up, working closely with a founding team to scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and sequencing for payment workflows and platform integrations.
• Define end-to-end user experiences for report submission, checkout, and confirmation.
• Conduct customer discovery with testers, haulers, and utility staff.
• Partner with engineering and finance on payments infrastructure, including Stripe integration and fee models.
• Manage the rollout process to scale from initial customers to broader utility adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Implement product telemetry to monitor performance and identify user issues.
• Provide technical continuity post-sale to ensure product delivery matches demonstrations.

Requirements

• Experience building products from zero in unproven markets.
• Literacy in payments or fintech concepts, including gateways and reconciliation.
• Ability to balance the needs of multiple user groups simultaneously.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder briefings.
• Fluency in AI applications for business scaling.
• Bias for action and a team-first mentality.
