About the Role
The Group Manager Business Integrity & Third-Party Risk (BI&TPR) role is accountable for designing, maturing, and operating the Group’s Third-Party Risk Management framework, focusing on anti-bribery/corruption, sanctions, and modern slavery risk. This role provides leadership across the third-party risk program and supports informed business decision-making across the value chain.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the design, ongoing maturity, and oversight of the Group’s Third Party Risk Management framework.
- Lead the development and maintenance of TPRM policies, standards, procedures, and governance arrangements.
- Drive program maturity, including uplift of controls, processes, tools, and operating models.
- Establish and deliver meaningful reporting on third-party risk exposure, emerging trends, and program effectiveness.
- Act as a senior subject matter expert on anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions, and modern slavery risk.
- Oversee risk-based due diligence activities across a broad range of third parties.
- Provide hands-on support on enhanced due diligence and complex risk assessments.
- Lead and develop a small team of due diligence specialists.
- Partner closely with Legal, Procurement, Sustainability, Finance, and Business Units to embed third-party risk considerations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across third-party risk governance, tools, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Significant experience in third-party risk management, compliance, or business integrity roles within a large or complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maturing frameworks, policies, and governance models.
- Strong subject matter expertise in anti-bribery and anti-corruption and sanctions with a solid working knowledge of modern slavery risk.
- Experience overseeing or conducting risk-based and enhanced business integrity due diligence.
- Proven ability to provide clear, balanced advice to senior stakeholders on third-party risk issues.
- Experience leading or coaching specialist team members and working collaboratively across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical, judgement, and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire change, manage conflict, bring together different points of view, make decisions, and gain agreement on goals.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Flexibility and ability to handle a variety of tasks and adjust quickly to priorities.
- Right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship.
