About the Role
Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into AI-native organizations. As a Solution Architect, you will be a senior technical voice in customer conversations, acting as a sparring partner to enterprise architects at large financial institutions to design how Taktile fits into their broader solution architecture.
Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted architecture counterpart for enterprise architects and technical leadership on the customer side.
- Design the target solution architecture for enterprise transformations, including integration into existing systems and evolution over time.
- Own and resolve complex architecture questions related to integration, deployment, performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and reference architecture reviews.
- Represent Taktile in senior architecture discussions, providing an expert counterpart to customer technical leadership.
- Build reusable reference architectures, integration blueprints, and best practices.
- Support Account Executives and Solution Engineers in complex enterprise deals and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with significant experience working with large enterprises, ideally in financial services.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of AWS and enterprise integration patterns (event-driven architectures, messaging, APIs, batch, streaming).
- Experience with enterprise-grade legacy systems such as core banking platforms, LOSs, LMSs, front-end SDKs, mainframes, and on-prem estates.
- Solid grounding in security and compliance for regulated enterprises, including authentication/authorization, network architecture, encryption, data residency, and audit requirements.
- Ability to engage with senior technical stakeholders (enterprise architects, Heads of Engineering, CTOs) as a peer.
- Skill in communicating complex architecture clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfort operating across pre-sales and post-sales, making sound architectural and commercial decisions.
