About the Role

The Head of Project Development will be responsible for all aspects of deploying our gas turbines at customer sites, from site acquisition and permitting to final commissioning. This role involves identifying and qualifying sites, negotiating gas supply agreements, managing the permitting process with regulatory agencies, and establishing deployment timelines. A key objective is to define and refine the standard development process to ensure increasing efficiency with each project.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sites for turbine deployment.

  • Define and optimize the standard development process for future projects.

Requirements

  • Experience developing power projects, including gas generation, gensets, solar and storage, or data center sites.
  • Proven track record of taking at least one project from site acquisition through permitting to commissioning.
  • Working knowledge of air permitting for gas-fired equipment at the state and local level.
  • Direct experience negotiating with landowners, gas suppliers, utilities, and permitting authorities.
  • Ability to manage schedules aggressively and run workstreams in parallel.
