About the Role
Supervise multiple production crews, conduct pre-job inspections, plan labor for jobs, and coordinate material orders with the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Understand and read blueprints to develop project phasing plans.
- Interact with potential and current customers.
- Manage project costs (labor, material, other) and profitability.
- Conduct pre-job meetings, prepare job progress reports, and ensure safety.
- Supervise and evaluate crew members.
- Collaborate with the sales team on project change orders and adjustments.
- Maintain project documentation, including pictures, tracking reports, and completion forms.
Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years of finished concrete or epoxy flooring experience.
- Must have good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time management skills.
- Valid State driver's license in good standing.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
