About the Role
The Senior Digital Solutions & Enablement Analyst leads the design and optimization of scalable digital solutions that extend CRM platforms and student systems. Using low-code platforms, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies, the role drives business process improvement, automation, and improved service delivery across student and staff-facing operations. The role collaborates with stakeholders and IT partners to re-engineer processes and deliver user-centered solutions aligned with institutional priorities. It also involves translating operational needs into technical approaches, streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving responsiveness, while supporting experimentation through prototypes and proof-of-concept initiatives. Additionally, the role mentors analysts and citizen developers, fostering a culture of enablement and continuous improvement, requiring a blend of technical expertise, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess platform capabilities, new features, and emerging technologies to inform solution roadmaps and foster a culture of innovation.
- Apply expertise in Agile delivery, business process reengineering, CRM, and digital solution design—including low-code platforms (LCAP) and AI—to deliver improvements that enhance the student and staff experience.
- Collaborate with IT, academic divisions, student services, vendors, and governance bodies to ensure cross-functional alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and user-centred design.
- Translate complex business needs into practical solutions that emphasise scalability, reusability, automation, and alignment with business-led strategies.
- Occasional work outside of standard business hours is required to complete performance verification testing for release, including upgrades.
- Role may involve supervising external contractors, consultants, and fixed-term project staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business systems, information technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience in designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), or equivalent enterprise technologies, with an emphasis on scalable, user-centric applications.
- Proficiency in low-code and no-code development principles, with hands-on experience in system integrations (e.g. APIs, webhooks), and a solid understanding of solution governance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an iterative, user-focused approach to digital solution design and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms, and to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure user-centred design and adoption.
- Demonstrated experience in solution testing, user support, and documentation, with a focus on usability, adoption, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success leading or mentoring others in a digital delivery environment, including capability uplift of junior staff or citizen developers, and contributing to a collaborative, high performing team culture.
- Proven experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with a focus on delivering incremental value and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies, AI tools, and platform innovations.
- Valid Australian working rights are required on application.
