About the Role
The Supply Chain Loss Prevention Associate plays a vital role in protecting people, products, and operations within TJX Australia's Marsden Park Processing Centre. This hands-on role involves working with operational teams to identify risks, support investigations, improve compliance, and reduce shrink across supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Support safety, security, and access control initiatives across our Processing Centre.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and operational reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
- Assist with investigations into inventory discrepancies, theft, fraud, and other loss events.
- Review CCTV footage, gather evidence, and prepare reporting to support investigations.
- Partner with Operations teams to improve compliance, inventory accuracy, and shrink reduction outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Investigations, Compliance, Audit, or a related field.
- Experience within a warehouse, logistics, retail, or supply chain environment is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and investigative practices.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
