About the Role

As an Executive Assistant to VEG’s President and Co-Founder, you will create leverage and partnerships, ensuring time, energy, and attention are focused on what matters most. You will help turn a fast-moving stream of ideas and priorities into action in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. This role is for someone energized by solving problems, exercising judgment, moving quickly, and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the President and Co-Founder’s calendar as a strategic tool, ensuring time reflects VEG’s most important priorities.
  • Anticipate needs, prepare concise meeting briefs, and solve problems before they require attention.
  • Manage complex scheduling, travel, and select personal appointments and logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Drive follow-through by tracking commitments, clarifying ownership, and closing important loops.
  • Build trusted relationships with the Chief of Staff, Board, executive team, and leaders across VEG, representing the company with warmth and sound judgment.
  • Improve systems, model VEG’s culture, and handle highly confidential business and personal information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting a founder, CEO, President, or senior executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional judgment, strong anticipation, and the confidence to act independently and respectfully push back.
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • Clear, concise communication and the interpersonal instincts to build trust at every level.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and flexibility when important needs arise outside standard business hours.
  • A low-ego, ownership-oriented approach and a genuine desire to help others succeed and make VEG better.
