About the Role
InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to provide private, mobile lessons in client homes and community pools. Instructors enjoy a flexible schedule, local travel, and industry-leading pay while helping students of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private and small group swim lessons
- Manage lesson scheduling with flexibility
- Travel safely to client pool locations
- Develop custom lesson plans tailored to student needs
- Assess student skills and monitor progress
- Ensure student safety at all times
- Provide a fun and tracked learning experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Access to swim instruction equipment if needed
- US work authorization
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
