Responsibilities

• Clean all surfaces in common areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning.
• Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces, restrooms, and dog waste stations.
• Clean and maintain light fixtures, reporting damaged fixtures for repair.
• Inspect furniture and fixtures for damage and report to maintenance.
• Post caution signs to limit pedestrian traffic when necessary.
• Patrol grounds for trash and debris, maintaining a clean environment.
• Greet residents warmly and professionally.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Assist in the execution of on-site resident social events.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, etc.

Education Level

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
