About the Role

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, delivering massive amounts of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to building the future of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the P6 CPM schedule for one or more greenfield data center builds, from baseline through closeout.
  • Run cost and productivity tracking against budget and baseline, surfacing variances with supporting data.
  • Drive schedule compression on the critical path, quantifying recovery options in days and dollars.
  • Lead schedule reviews with GC and trade partner schedulers, challenging float sequestration, bad logic, and optimistic durations.
  • Build reporting cadence (look-aheads, earned value, milestone dashboards) for delivery leadership.
  • Close out projects with as-built schedules and cost records suitable for owner audits and future baselines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on P6 CPM scheduling and cost controls experience.
  • Greenfield hyperscale or data center build experience, or comparably complex construction programs of $500M or more.
  • Expert in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and the MS Suite.
  • Proven track record of quantified results (dollars saved, days compressed, milestones pulled in).
  • Ability to communicate concisely and defend schedule decisions in writing and in person.
  • Ability to articulate trade-offs between Day 1 and Day 2 delivery.
  • Based in Austin or willing to relocate.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer.
