About the Role
The Experience Analyst supports strategic, operational, and experience-focused initiatives within the Investment Bank. Operating as part of an internal consulting team, this role collaborates with business leaders and partners to identify opportunities, drive execution, and enable sustainable change, focusing on improving employee and client experience, efficiency, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives to enhance client and employee experience.
- Develop and iterate strategic presentations and executive-level materials.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with Investment Banking senior management and functional leaders.
- Coordinate problem-solving efforts with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Build and maintain partnerships to assess practices and identify opportunities.
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives.
- Support AI and technology-related efforts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of Investment Banking & Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products preferred.
- Knowledge of technology and AI tools.
- Knowledge of problem-solving and operational improvement frameworks and change management techniques.
- Analytical and data-driven abilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Qlik) preferred.

Experience Level

- $70,000.00-$105,000.00
