Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all aspects of restaurant operations

Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams
- Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
