About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the software experience connecting millions of consumers and providers to the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio, including the Allē loyalty program. You will report to the Product Design Manager on the Allergan Aesthetics Tech team, joining a group of designers focused on craft and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across products in the Allergan Aesthetics software portfolio, including Allē, from concept to shipped feature.
- Support product discovery and uphold consistency and UX standards.
- Design for both consumers and providers, considering both perspectives.
- Prototype ideas using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code.
- Craft detailed, production-ready blueprints in Figma for engineers.
- Collaborate with engineers on design feasibility, handoff artifacts, and visual QA.
- Contribute to the design system with scalable components and patterns.
- Conduct usability testing with the user research and strategy team.
- Participate in design reviews with stakeholders across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance.
- Translate complex constraints into clear design decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing strong craft in SaaS platforms or consumer mobile apps at scale.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variables, and prototyping.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code.
- Skilled in mobile-first responsive web design, iOS/Material Design patterns, accessibility, and design systems.
- Strong communication skills for working sessions and discussions with senior leaders.
- Experience taking an idea from 0 to 1 and bringing clarity and vision to new concepts.
- Ability to quickly gain context in unfamiliar spaces, synthesize information, and identify focus areas.
- Empathy for consumer and aesthetic provider behavior and feelings.
- Active participation in user research.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and provide thoughtful feedback.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
