About the Role

Partner across teams to plan and deliver initiatives, solve problems, and strengthen execution discipline in a collaborative environment where ownership, curiosity, and follow-through are valued. This role helps translate business priorities into clear plans, coordinate stakeholders, and track progress to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects supporting priority initiatives
  • Define project objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables with business leaders
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on timelines, dependencies, and decisions
  • Facilitate working sessions and governance routines to maintain execution momentum
  • Develop concise updates, materials, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data and metrics and communicate insights and implications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business management, operations, or a related role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials using standard presentation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
  • Proven ability to operate with accountability, reliability, and appropriate independence
  • Bachelor’s degree
