About the Role

Lead and develop the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards, ensuring sales targets and efficient Back of House inventory activities are maximized.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and maintenance of merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store.
• Build and develop teams, ensuring Operations and Merchandise teams are trained and efficient in all processes and systems.
• Demonstrate, lead, and coach a high level of customer care conduct.
• Drive sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures.
