About the Role
The Legal Resource Center (LRC) provides educational programs on legal topics and local legal referrals to the San Francisco State University community. This role supports the LRC Director and Assistant Director with various administrative and organizing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the LRC Director and Assistant Director with administrative and organizing tasks, including organizing the office library, creating sign-up sheets, and developing content for weekly social media posts.
- Schedule and lead tabling outreach events with Interns during Fall/Spring.
- Collaborate with the LRC Director to create staff meeting agendas, take meeting notes, provide updates on important deadlines, and manage the LRC monthly calendar.
- Assist the Director and Assistant Director in making room reservations for workshops and outreach events.
- Support the updating of the LRC Resource Excel Sheet.
- Lead the digitization of LRC Textbooks, recording titles and promoting the LRC library via social media.
- Attend workshops and outreach events to provide information to interested students.
- Manage student engagement and attendance for LRC Fall and Spring events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by LRC supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be a student at San Francisco State University enrolled in at least 6 units for undergraduates or 4 units for graduates.
- Preferred one year of customer service experience.
- Preferred interest in the legal profession.

- $19.61/hr
