About the Role
The Keno Business Development Manager drives venue performance across Sydney Metro North by maintaining Keno's footprint, growing turnover, and engaging operators through regular visits, training, product updates, and customer offers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key Keno venue partners across Sydney Metro North.
- Drive sales performance through promotions, merchandising, product launches and venue activations.
- Deliver training and support to venue teams on Keno products, promotions and best practice.
- Ensure venues are compliant, well-presented and maximise the Keno customer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and provide insights to support business performance.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service industry.
- Demonstrable high level of interpersonal and organisational skills
- Hold a current Driver’s License
- Licensed Venue Experience preferred but not essential
