About the Role
This role offers a flexible, gig-style opportunity for individuals passionate about cannabis to gain hands-on experience in cultivation and post-harvest operations. You will choose your work locations and schedule to suit your lifestyle, performing tasks such as bucking, weeding, defoliating, hand trimming, and packaging.
Responsibilities
- Perform farm or nursery labor, including planting, defoliation, and harvesting.
- Execute hand trimming, packaging, and related processing tasks.
- Adhere to strict cleaning protocols and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a dependable presence, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and care.
- Work alongside crews and clients to meet daily goals.
- Stay updated on Trimmr's evolving post-harvest solutions and technology through provided training.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and possess valid, current I-9 identification documents.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to various client cultivation and processing worksites.
- Ability to perform physical labor: standing for long periods, repetitive hand/wrist movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Professional, punctual and committed to delivering quality work in a "gig work" environment.
- Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments with strong odors and varying temperatures and weather.
- Comfortable with "gig work" for on demand staffing needs.
