About the Role

As an Insights Analyst, you will leverage market and client data to uncover actionable insights, enabling organizations to better understand their customers, markets, and opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analyses, presentations, and recommendations. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical, and early-career professional interested in data, storytelling, and business strategy, with opportunities to learn new tools and approaches in AI and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Apply segmentation and geodemographic methodologies to analyze client and market data, uncover insights, and support business decision-making.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings, client discussions, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare and validate client data for analysis.
  • Create reports, presentations, and other client-ready deliverables.
  • Present findings in a clear, engaging, and business-focused manner.
  • Collaborate with Insights, Sales, Account Management, and Analytics Projects teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Respond to client questions and provide support following project delivery.
  • Contribute ideas that improve workflows, processes, and deliverable quality.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Geography, Social Sciences, Business or related field.
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-op placements, or summer positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behaviour, market trends, and the factors that influence decision-making.
  • Ability to synthesize information and identify meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
  • Interest in working directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
