About the Role

Canon USA, a leader in print technology, solutions, and services, is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS). This role will focus on selling Canon’s hardware and software technology-based solutions to a dedicated marketplace, solving key business challenges to promote the Future of Work. Responsibilities

  • Master the core capabilities of innovative products, solutions, and technologies from Canon USA and third-party providers, promoting benefits to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Learn and utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts.
  • Actively contact an assigned account base via direct calls, email campaigns, and social media to develop sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, leading strategic conversations to identify customer requirements, competitive trends, and business challenges.
  • Develop strategic plans to address customer requirements and generate new revenue streams.
  • Leverage subject matter experts to enrich knowledge, facilitate sales wins, and achieve customer goals.
  • Develop and nurture high-level relationships within a customer base to enhance long-term viability and account penetration.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Possess three years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering passion, aptitude, and interest to learn new technology and services.
  • Possess a successful track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
  • Command strong communication skills centered around building solid working relationships.
  • Embrace the ability to effectively work independently and manage time precisely.
  • Capable and willing to travel occasionally within the local market.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
