About the Role

This role manages a product marketing team responsible for achieving marketing goals, driving revenue, and increasing market share for a product line. The position oversees the full product lifecycle, including market research, product definition, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage research, evaluation, and introduction of new products or product lines.
  • Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
  • Ensure marketing and promotional materials align with product specifications.
  • Monitor client base and industry trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with departments to establish design, technology, and vendor strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and prepare financial analysis reports.
  • Supervise subordinate staff and ensure daily performance standards are met.
  • Ensure project milestones and goals are achieved within budget.
  • Conduct initial market and design research.
  • Assess financial and technical feasibility, estimate costs, and develop manufacturing and distribution strategies.
  • Interface with clients to identify needs and provide feedback to manufacturing or sales teams.
  • Identify and evaluate new vendors or suppliers.
  • Provide marketing input into product design.
  • Support the sales force with marketing materials to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work at the Cottonwood Heights office in SLC three days a week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Bachelors degree required.
