About the Role

Manage the training and development activities for the sales area, focusing on policy and strategy implementation to maximize the sales force's potential. Organize, plan, and execute all aspects of training for US Coronary field-based employees, ensuring their education and preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and make recommendations for all programs within New Hire Training, Strategic Selling, and Training Program budgets.
  • Assess employee skills, talents, performance, and productivity, preparing written evaluations with advice for improvement.
  • Administer and execute training programs.
  • Develop content for Coronary learning platform(s).
  • Maintain training material on the learning platform.
  • Oversee training in key areas of product understanding, sales strategies/tactics, and internal processes (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Research new training materials and programs to enhance procedures and provide organizational value.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new hires and assignment to training sessions.
  • Review and assess new hire selling skills and knowledge, providing input on recommended corrective measures.
  • Identify and anticipate future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate necessary training.
  • Communicate with Training Director, Area Vice Presidents to identify and meet all training and development needs.
  • Oversee maintenance of a repository of competency measures, including quiz questions, role plays, projects, and videos.
  • Maintain a repository of certification results and report to management.
  • Assess and make recommendations for skill development, performance improvement, and career path development.
  • Identify gaps in training materials or content for continuous development and skill elevation of field teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Contracts and Pricing, Area Vice Presidents, and Field Sales Trainers to deliver training, content, development, new product information, and product launches.
  • Ensure field sales teams are certified on training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Organizational Development preferred, but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medical or Diagnostics Sales
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, organization, communication, and team building skills.
  • Experience designing and administrating learning management systems

Salary/Compensations

  • $129,300.00 – $258,700.00
