About the Role

Drive growth across strategic financial services accounts in North America by developing executive-level relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding client engagements, and leading complex enterprise software sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Drive pipeline growth and manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual booking and revenue targets.
  • Build executive relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects.
  • Expand existing client relationships through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Coordinate executive sponsorship and customer engagement plans.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Lead complex, multi-year software and SaaS sales engagements.
  • Manage RFPs, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, consulting, legal, and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions.
  • Stay current on regulatory reporting, risk, treasury, capital markets, and banking trends.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and customer events.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling into financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as required (<20%).
