About the Role

Support the Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, creating employment offers letters, and initiating and monitoring background checks for multiple UMG business units across the US. This position is ideal for a highly-motivated individual who is strongly committed to customer service and pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition in a creatively driven industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Create employment offer letters.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and provide travel support for interviews.
  • Communicate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for schedule alignment.
  • Proactively follow up to ensure the process advances in a timely manner.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Advance candidate status in the applicant tracking system, Workday Recruiting.
  • Utilize a high attention to detail to prepare offer letters.
  • Monitor background checks for all pending new joiners with exceptional organization skills.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across the centralized recruiting function.
  • Understand process responsibilities and impacts to help facilitate continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop subject matter expertise across all TA systems, including Outlook, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Engage in professional interactions with visitors, applicants, and employees, serving as a front-line Talent Acquisition representative.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and recruiters in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports and track progress.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Applicant Tracking System and ticketing system experience (Workday, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Salary/Compensations

  • $54,100 - $62,000
