About the Role

The Early Careers Program offers an exciting opportunity for bachelor’s and master’s program graduates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience to gain valuable real-world experience at the World Economic Forum. Participants will assist in event management, research, knowledge product distribution, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to system-level change and community building.

Responsibilities

  • Aide regional preparations and outreach for the 2027 Annual Meeting.
  • Support CRTG Latin America team in preparations for Country Strategy Meeting Panama 2026 and launch of Latin America Leadership Community.
  • Conduct research and mapping on regional short and long-term issues.
  • Assist team members in engaging federal, state, and local constituents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as directed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the political landscape in the Americas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Research and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
