About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Water Division to oversee the design, construction, commissioning, and startup of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role requires a professional dedicated to safety, quality, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall field operations
- Create and manage project schedules
- Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
- Establish budgets and control project costs
- Identify and eliminate causes of cost variances
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct systematic quality control inspections
- Enforce company safety programs, laws, and OSHA standards
- Manage jobsite cleanliness
- Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel
- Prepare daily logs
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 6+ years of experience
- Ability to relocate if required for specific roles
