About the Role

Manage and deliver human data programs within a new business unit at GLG, providing elite domain expertise to frontier AI labs and enterprises. Own end-to-end delivery from project scoping to dataset curation and quality control, while contributing to operational improvements in a rapidly scaling business.

Responsibilities

  • Scope client requests into structured projects by working with AI researchers, human data operators, and client stakeholders to define clear objectives and project parameters.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including daily operations management, task execution monitoring, expert training and onboarding, logistics support, and data quality assurance.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing the relationship from scoping through delivery, reporting on progress, and adjusting project scope based on client feedback.
  • Contribute to refining the business unit's delivery model, including operating playbooks, templates, and methodologies, and drive broader business impact.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in management consulting (MBB or comparable), investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous structured-problem-solving environment.
  • Founder/operator experience building something from an ambiguous starting point.
  • 1-2 years in a Strategic Project Lead role managing human data projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently structure vague, open-ended problems into clear action plans.
  • Experience owning workstreams and/or projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholder groups toward shared deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable quality standards.
  • Results-driven.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Current or recent experience as a Strategic Project Lead, Project Lead, or similar client-delivery role at an AI training/human-data company (strongly preferred).
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts sufficient to be conversant in evaluation, preference data, fine-tuning, and rubric design (strongly preferred).
