About the Role
As a seasoned member of an agile team within the Consumer and Community Bank, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products. You are responsible for executing critical technology solutions across multiple business functions to support the firm's objectives in a secure, stable, and scalable manner.
Responsibilities
- Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, UI tests, and automated test suites.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
- Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
- Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data sets to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience.
- Applied experience in native mobile application development.
- Proficiency in Swift programming language, including async/await and Combine.
- Strong experience with iOS frameworks: UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, Core Data, and Combine.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming and design patterns like MVC, MVVM, Coordinator, and SOLID.
- Demonstrated expertise in XCTest and XCUITest with a commitment to test-driven development.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Git source control management.
- Experience with modularization, dependency injection, and building reusable iOS SDKs or frameworks.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI into workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
- Experience building or working with Design Systems.
- Understanding of accessibility requirements including WCAG and Apple standards.
- Practical cloud native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Active GitHub/Stack Overflow profile or published app portfolio.
