Actively take orders and conduct full food and beverage service
Monitor guest dining experience

Minimum 2 years of server experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience
Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience
Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails
Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions
Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
Ability to print legibly
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to move quickly
Ability to push and lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to work irregular shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle a fast-paced and stressful environment
