About the Role

Securitas Technology is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivables Clerk to join their team in Germany. This role is ideal for individuals with initial accounting knowledge looking to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Processing and checking incoming invoices in accounts payable.
• Entering and maintaining invoice data in the system.
• Coding and booking invoices.
• Supporting the monitoring of open receivables and managing receivables.
• Reconciling open items (accounts payable and receivable) and clarifying discrepancies.
• Assisting with dunning runs and communicating with customers regarding payment delays.
• Maintaining master data (accounts payable and receivable).
• Collaborating with internal departments and external contacts.
• Supporting general administrative tasks in the finance department.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Initial knowledge in accounting, accounts payable, or receivables management required.
• Confident handling of numbers and a structured way of working.
• Diligence and sense of responsibility when handling financial data.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Teamwork skills and a reliable work ethic.
