About the Role

You won’t be required to work nights or weekends and will be able to maintain a stable work life balance with their Tuesday through Friday schedule. Work onsite at a state-of-the-art Corporate Caffe! As a Barista/FOHA, you will play a rare role blending culinary arts with extraordinary service. You will be responsible for your espresso bar, health & safety standards, standards for speed, quality, and consistency with a high level of customer service and guest relations. We will teach you everything you need in our Barista training program where you will thrive with our hands-on trainers guiding you through our program designed to bring our knowledge to your unique style.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Creating and serving up tasty Coffee & Tea based drinks in a timely manner
- Keeping counters clean and stocked
- Cleaning soda machines
- Brewing coffee for breakfast service
- Brewing tea for lunch service
- Answering customer questions
- Cutting lemons
- Responsible for your espresso bar
- Maintain health & safety standards
- Maintain standards for speed, quality, and consistency
- Provide a high level of customer service and guest relations
Requirements
- 1-4 Years of experience in customer service or high volume food service - preferably larger, innovative corporate programs, in house or 3rd party but may also be food & beverage experience in a full-service hotel, resort or multi-restaurant chain.
- Extraordinarily Service Oriented - a demonstrable high level of customer service is absolutely mandatory
- Dynamic and agile - highly organized, ability to switch between locations and job duties
- Approved Food Handler’s Card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
- Basic level knowledge of health and safety rules
