About the Role
This role supports marketing programs and initiatives by delivering primary components for medium to large products. The position focuses on improving content visibility across search engines and AI-powered experiences, leveraging AEM platform capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing success.
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives to improve AI/LLM discoverability and digital content visibility.
- Ensure AEM pages are authored, structured, and published to support search engine and AI platform consumption.
- Develop expertise in AEM components, templates, metadata, structured content, and page architecture.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and review business and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with Technology and agency teams through development, testing, implementation, and publishing.
- Participate in UAT and support validation of platform solutions.
- Manage global content elements and shared platform capabilities.
- Coordinate publishing requests and act as a liaison between marketing teams and publishing partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability, platform effectiveness, and user experience.
- Build relationships with Marketing, Technology, SEO, and agency partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing campaign management or project management experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Understanding of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear objectives and evaluate performance.
- Enterprise mindset with the ability to consider organizational impacts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Experience presenting to groups of all levels is preferred.
