About the Role

As a remote interpreter, you will facilitate communication between INDONESIAN and English speakers, processing information quickly and accurately in a professional manner. Ensuring a quiet and secure environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Render correct concepts and meanings according to interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and INDONESIAN
• Minimum 1 year interpretation experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Computer or Laptop
• Windows 10 or higher
• USB Wired headset
• Steady wired internet connection
• Based on your location, language testing, background check and/or drug screen may be required
