About the Role
As a Capital One SailPoint Engineer, you’ll work on a SailPoint identity platform to support Identity Access Management needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress.
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications.
- Responsible for overall delivery of software components which meet functional specifications & product requirements.
- Automate component & integration tests.
- Collaborate with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery.
- Good knowledge of secure coding practices.
- Be fearless and try out new open source technologies/frameworks to solve business problems.
- Be fungible in a full stack team and own all aspects of delivering business applications.
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents.
- Operational support with change and incident management processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 1.5 years of Hands On Experience in Java or Python.
- At least 1.5 years of experience SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- At least 1.5 years of experience troubleshooting IGA Rules, workflows and customizations.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in any Databases in writing SQL Queries to extract data.
- At least 1.5 years of experience troubleshooting end user issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Java and Sailpoint applications.
- 1+ year of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- 2+ years of experience with Cyber Security Domain specifically IAM.
- 2+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting end user issues in Access Certifications.
- Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP.
- Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java or Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML or SOAP, JSF.
- ITIL Certification.
