About the Role

The common capabilities team is the foundational engine that accelerates successful development of Capital One's credit card system by enabling data abstraction, data quality, and tooling for partners to scale a state-of-the-art customer billing system. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of new, extensible, and well-managed products. You will succeed if you can apply systems thinking to understand the platform, business, and broader technical architecture holistically, and partner with Engineering to drive the full development lifecycle. Your work will deliver foundational capabilities that power updated card processing platforms across Capital One.

Responsibilities

Salary/Compensations

  • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
  • New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
  • Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
