About the Role
Product Management at Capital One involves reimagining the status quo, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving innovative customer experiences through technology. This role is part of a massive effort to update Capital One's data consumption patterns, specifically within the Card Core Data Consumption vertical's Batch Data Publication team, which is rethinking how batch data is onboarded and utilized at scale. The Product Manager will balance big-picture architecture with execution, acting as a strategic bridge for users during the transition from legacy to new data environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic bridge for users during the transition from legacy to new data environments.
- Champion the customer onboarding experience.
- Ensure thousands of historical batch consumers transition smoothly from legacy environments to the new data environment with minimal disruption.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
Requirements
- Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
