  • Enhance operational workflows by improving planning processes, lead capture mechanisms, reporting templates, and execution frameworks.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event KPIs, ROI, and budget accuracy, ensuring data integrity and timely post-event follow-up.

  • Manage event logistics including vendor sourcing, booth configuration, shipping, asset coordination, and onsite operations.
  • Ensure seamless onsite execution through detailed planning, strong contingency management, and confident troubleshooting.
  • Travel up to 50% to support events in EMEA.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of event management experience in a high-tech, B2B, or fast-paced environment managing lead-generating events.
  • Fluent in English (other international languages a bonus).
  • Experience running international events or working with multicultural teams is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Able to stay calm and professional in high-stress, fast-changing event environments.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Sales teams, resolving onsite issues, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily workflows.
