About the Role

The Associate position plays an integral role in supporting the Events team with the execution of all tentpole events and executive meetings, focusing on production, design, operations, communications, and meeting planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage fan communications for all U.S. tentpole events including Super Bowl, Draft, and Combine.
  • Attend relevant planning meetings and track action items for fan experiences.
  • Create all department cross-organizational presentations for senior leadership.
  • Create all staff briefing materials for all U.S. tentpole events, including management of SharePoint sites.
  • Attend all planning meetings for current and future tentpole events and outline goals and objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal departments on advancing collective goals.
  • Work with the finance team on budget reconciliation for select tentpole events and meetings.
  • Support the team in various capacities including contract management, updating the special events calendar, and tracking budgets and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to lead others and collaborate with a variety of groups at different levels
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong writing, deck building and communications skills
  • Proactive self-starter who works well within a team, strong interpersonal skills
  • Significant domestic and international travel required, including some weekends, up to 50%.
  • Several weeks on the road during event delivery.
  • This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location.
  • NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
