About the Role

Support the Property Manager or higher-level staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant needs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues by administrative and technical staff.
  • Review and recommend approval for vendor invoices in compliance with agreements and policies.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering monthly reports and budget packages.
  • Manage data collection and drafting of operating expense reconciliations (CAM/OpX).
  • Perform and coordinate lease administration activities, including setup, changes, and reporting.
  • Assist in coordinating and documenting tenant move-ins and move-outs, and participate in property walk-throughs.
  • Assist with the preparation of emergency response plans and participate in drills.
  • Support sourcing and procurement activities, including bidding.
  • Drive results from direct reports through work direction, strategic guidance, and performance management.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
