About the Role
The Tiffany & Co. Client Experience Coordinator will support the top client experience and appointment business at The Landmark, serving as a trusted resource for domestic and global clients visiting New York City. This role ensures each client receives the Tiffany Touch through highly personalized experiences, upholding the brand's heritage, prestige, and traditions. The coordinator must be well-connected in hospitality and fine dining, with a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market.
Responsibilities
- Offers luxury services to clients, VIC clients, and EXCO team members by partnering with functional teams to deliver elevated, bespoke experiences.
- Shares Tiffany and Co. history, product information, and servicing offerings.
- Provides NYC area information and makes special arrangements for local activities, entertainment, events, restaurants, and transportation.
- Proactively researches the NYC market for new businesses to consider when partnering clients with various touch points.
- Builds relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in and around New York City.
- Develops and manages high net worth client experiences while visiting The Landmark.
- Manages the schedule of multiple private spaces within The Landmark.
- Manages client appointments through the booking platform Booxi and email inbox.
- Engages in direct client discovery for each appointment to fully customize and personalize all touch points.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports customer trends alongside Commercial team feedback to the Client Experience Manager/Director.
- Ensures the store environment is welcoming, well-organized, and aligned with the brand's image and standards.
- Manages and resolves escalated customer concerns in a timely manner, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Supports external appointments and assists with luxury experiences, generating revenue for other stores.
- Acts as a liaison between sales managers, client advisors, and other departments/stores to fulfill clients’ needs.
- Ensures effective communication between all departments for smooth execution of client experience programs.
- Partners with the Client Experience Manager/Director to set and maintain standards for hosting moments.
- Coordinates client events to engage existing clients and attract new ones.
- Supports the Client Experience Department on an as-needed basis.
- Leads internal tours of The Landmark when needed.
- Supports training of in-Store client experiences and protocols for new employees.
- Monitors the customer experience and coaches the team to improve service standards when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of luxury hospitality experience.
- Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants both domestically and globally.
- Proven experience working with VIC Clients.
- Demonstrates strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word necessary.
