About the Role
Geotab is seeking a Principal Global Partner Program Manager to translate the Global Partner Program strategy into operational programs that achieve measurable partner and business outcomes. This is a hands-on role focused on building, running, and enhancing the partner program's operational backbone.
Responsibilities
- Transform the partner program strategy into operational plans, frameworks, and execution across all program pillars globally.
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, partner lifecycle processes, governance standards, and partner guidelines.
- Execute and manage day-to-day program operations including partner communications, program compliance, and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap and operational calendar across GTM, Referral, Partner Onboarding, and Enablement workstreams.
- Directly own and deliver program initiatives as assigned.
- Define and track partner health metrics, partner performance indicators, and ecosystem KPIs.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks that leverage AI to surface actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver regular program performance updates, dashboards, and executive-ready materials.
- Identify operational gaps and bring forward recommendations and solutions proactively.
- Work in close coordination with Program Leads to ensure execution is aligned and workstreams are connected.
- Identify dependencies across program pillars and resolve conflicts, gaps, or sequencing issues.
- Ensure Program Leads have the operational context, documentation, and process standards needed.
- Work closely with Partner Account Managers to ensure programs support partner growth and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing to support customer acquisition, upsell, and retention motions.
- Collaborate with Revenue Generation teams on delivery of partner enablement materials.
- Maintain the roadmap for systems and tools required for partner relationship management and process documentation.
- Conduct ongoing communications to Revenue and Services teams on partner offerings, positioning, and joint value propositions.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a senior leader in partner program management or platform ecosystem roles within technology companies.
- Demonstrated track record of executing and delivering impactful programs and tiered partner models.
- Strong operational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain quality.
- Experienced working within strategy set by leadership and translating direction into structured, executable programs.
- Embraces AI and builds workflows, reporting frameworks, and operational models that scale outcomes.
- Commercial acumen with experience contributing to partner revenue and growth targets through operational program levers.
- Technical fluency of AI platforms and demonstrated practical usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and effective working alongside peer Program Leads without direct authority.
- Telematics experience a bonus.
- Hyperscale program experience a bonus.
- Must have reliable internet connection with at least 50mb DL/10mb UL when working from home.
- Proof of eligibility to work.
