About the Role
Oversees all aspects of the WAY Fair Futures Edu specialist program to ensure quality delivery of services. Assures each youth has an educational plan meeting individual needs and follows coaching milestones for independent living skills and supplemental services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the WAY Fair Futures Edu specialist program.
- Ensure quality delivery of WAY Edu Specialist services in the Children’s Village and Cayuga division, EFFC.
- Assure each youth in the Family Foster Care Department has an educational plan that meets their individual needs.
- Follow coaching milestones to meet independent living skills needs and supplemental services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and two years full-time experience OR Master’s degree and one year full-time experience.
- Experience in Independent Living Training.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
