About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions in the Riverhead school district. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to students with autism within a school setting, working closely with BCBAs and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and support student development.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals
- Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school and agency standards
- Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen clinical skills
Requirements
- Availability for full school-day hours, Monday through Friday
- Reliable transportation to school districts
- Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others

Experience Level
