About the Role
Lead high-impact transformation programmes as a Senior Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant, shaping client outcomes and delivering real business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale programmes and grow expertise across the latest Oracle Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle PPM Cloud implementations, from discovery and design through to go-live and optimisation.
- Deliver transformation across sectors including finance, public sector, and healthcare.
- Deepen experience across Project Financial Management, Grants Management, Project Execution Management, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio & SmartView.
- Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions.
- Run client workshops, gather requirements, and shape solution design.
- Configure and implement PPM modules across the full lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on best practice, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
- Manage change requests, testing cycles, and release updates.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and Oracle support.
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and high client satisfaction.
- Support clients through quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- SC CLEARED OR ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE.
- Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PPM Cloud (SaaS).
- Background in Oracle E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing).
- Proven ability to lead workshops and client-facing engagements.
- Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
