About the Role

Lead high-impact transformation programmes as a Senior Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant, shaping client outcomes and delivering real business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale programmes and grow expertise across the latest Oracle Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle PPM Cloud implementations, from discovery and design through to go-live and optimisation.
  • Deliver transformation across sectors including finance, public sector, and healthcare.
  • Deepen experience across Project Financial Management, Grants Management, Project Execution Management, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio & SmartView.
  • Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions.
  • Run client workshops, gather requirements, and shape solution design.
  • Configure and implement PPM modules across the full lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practice, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Manage change requests, testing cycles, and release updates.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and Oracle support.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and high client satisfaction.
  • Support clients through quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • SC CLEARED OR ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE.
  • Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PPM Cloud (SaaS).
  • Background in Oracle E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing).
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and client-facing engagements.
  • Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset.
