About the Role

Lead high-impact transformation programmes as a Senior Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant, shaping client outcomes and delivering real business transformation within an award-winning Oracle practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions
• Run client workshops, gather requirements, and shape solution design
• Configure and implement PPM modules across the full lifecycle
• Provide expert guidance on best practice, risks, and optimisation opportunities
• Manage change requests, testing cycles, and release updates
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and Oracle support
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and high client satisfaction
• Support clients through quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and continuous improvement
• Take the lead on end-to-end Oracle PPM Cloud implementations, from discovery and design through to go-live and optimisation
• Deliver transformation across sectors including finance, public sector, and healthcare, solving real-world challenges with tangible outcomes
• Influence testing strategy, delivery quality, and business outcomes across some of the UK's most significant ERP transformation programmes

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PPM Cloud (SaaS)
• Background in Oracle E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing)
• Proven ability to lead workshops and client-facing engagements
• Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
• Occasional travel to your nearest base office
